All orders must be prepaid by a major credit card, cashiers check, certified check, money order, paypal, or bank wire transfer. Personal checks are not accepted. Prepayment made by regular company check will be held until it clears before merchandise can be shipped. International shipments must be prepaid in US dollars.
Domestic payments must include the shipping costs in addition to the cost of merchandise. If WheelEffex is unable to immediately fill the entire order, the balance of the shipment will be placed on back order. Parts in stock may be sent immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders will be automatically shipped upon their availability. All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by WheelEffex and its distributors, unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment.
Most products are shipped by UPS Ground 5-10 business days. Credit cards are charged at the time of order, and products are shipped within 3-5 business days of the ordered date. International Quotes are available, Email us or call us with your address and we will have a shipping quote for you within 24 hours. WheelEffex packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier. All products shipped by WheelEffex are insured for their full value.
All cancellations prior to shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Returns
Returns must be approved by WheelEffex prior to being returned. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued to the original purchaser by WheelEffex and it must be written on the outside of the packages being returned. All returns must be notified to WheelEffex within 14 days of the original ship date. Any items received without an RA number written on the box will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, condition along with all the hardware that it came with originally. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the Wheels and Tires before installation.
Include a copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither WheelEffex nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to WheelEffex. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, WheelEffex will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

We carry products from many different manufacturers. We have hand picked all our products and have carefully examined characteristics of every wheel and tire to ensure proper fitment and superb quality for quarantined customer satisfaction
